Due to the custom nature of website design and development services, deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
If a project is cancelled by the client after development has begun, any payments already made will not be refunded.
If no work has started, a refund may be considered at the discretion of Developed By Nathi.
Any approved refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
